Heirloom tomatoes diced, sea salt, olive oil
Yuzu Kosho Mayo
Yuzu zest, soy milk, chilly, black sesame, garlic, lime juice
diced avocado, lime juice, sea salt
Ortrugo - Ortrugo - Bulli
1 bottle (750 ml)
Grape variety: D.O.C. Ortrugo dei Colli Piacentini
Soil: Limestone with 15 years old plants
Like all wines from Bulli, it sees no added SO2.
Old school farmer fizz made from 100% Ortrugo, a grape known for articulated acidity and often used as blending companion to the more fancied Malvasia.
Salty and dry with flavors of firm pear, sage, and a very long finish of fresh lemon zest. Well balanced flavors and structure here. Pairs wonderfully with our meaty and fresh tomatoes.
