6 Organic Corn Tostdas (Fried Tortillas)
Habanero and Mango Salsa
Habanero, Mango, Allium, Olive Oil, Apple Vinegar, Chilly, Sugar, Salt, Pepper
Smoked almond aioli

Carolina Gatti is a radical young winemaker who took over her family's 250-year-old estate in the Prosecco region of the Veneto.
Carolina simply describes her wines as follow: "Think that you're buying a music CD's with Mozart's artwork, but the sounds of Sex Pistols"!!
Carolina Gatti has always been a courageous winemaker at the forefront of natural winemaking in Veneto, she works the land herself, with no chemical inputs, and makes the wines with very little intervention.
She’s pushing boundaries and willing to experiment with unorthodox wines in a very conventional, by-the-books region. Her Raboso is certainly different than any other Raboso commercialised till now.
This sparkling rosato made from Veneto's indigenous variety "Raboso" is a perfect food refreshment. There are some tannins, and a bright, tart cherry fruit that gives way to sweet strawberry finish. Red Twizzler, meets cranberry sauce, meets the first days of early Spring.
